What is difference between a Medical Doctor (MD) and a Naturopathic Doctor (ND)?

ND's do not use surgical or pharmaceutical interventions in their treatments; however, as mentioned above they are trained to recognize when these interventions are needed and will provide an appropriate referral.   A visit to an ND is much longer than a visit to most MD's. Your initial appointment will last for an hour and you will be asked a variety of in depth health questions. The treatment plan Dr. Deir, ND designs for you is individualized and will require action on your part to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Providing affordable Naturopathic Medicine to the community and empowering people to reach their personal health goals.
